Whereas you have purchased the First Worldwide Online NLP Conference you have a right to download a recorded and edited version of the webinars that were presented within the scope of the conference (hereinafter referred to as „the Recording“).

By downloading the copy of the Recording you are deemed to agree and adhere to these Terms and Conditions and to understand your rights and restrictions regarding the use of the Recording.

1. Use of the Recording

You acknowledge that the Recording is a copyrighted material of NLP Planet which may include also other intellectual and proprietary rights of the third parties. The Recording is provided to you by the way of license only. You agree that you will have the non-exclusive right to download the copy of Recording and to view it and use it for solely personal, non – commercial use only. 

By downloading the copy of the Recording you understand that you by no means may physically or non-physically (via internet, telephone incl. mobile or other digital platform) exploit the Recording or a portion thereof by, without limitation, publically displaying, uploading and posting, selling, renting, leasing, redistributing, broadcasting, transmitting, communicating or sublicensing it, without previous and explicitly expressed permission of the NLP Planet. 

You agree that you may not reproduce, modify, augment, abbreviate, alter or built upon the Recording without previous authorization of the NLP Planet. 

You agree that in any case you may not, by any means, remove or delete any trademark or copyright notices and/or other proprietary rights notices of the NLP Planet or the third parties, including banners and watermarks.

2. Third party content

You agree that the NLP Planet does not guarantee accuracy or reliability of content of the Recording.  You agree to use the Recording at your own and sole risk and that NLP Planet shall under no circumstances be liable for any loss, damage or harm caused to you by your reliance on information obtained through the Recording. You agree that you are responsible to evaluate all the information provided in the Recording.
